Parking and Dog Owners

Dear Members and Parents
Please see the information from the College
Parking
Please be aware that a boom barrier has been erected at the A4 entrance to the gym, rackets courts, fives courts, squash courts, sports hall, swimming pool and astros. There will be no vehicular access to the tarred areas around these facilities apart from vehicles belonging to the Emergency services, Medical Centre and Turner Boarding House Staff members, disability access and contractors (when required).

Please use the designated car parks at the side of Maples astro and on Water Meadows (map attached) when using these facilities, and please could you communicate these details to your members.

Dogs owners: We would ask that when using College sports facilities, in any capacity (either as player or supporter):

• Dogs are either left in vehicles or are kept on a lead and under control at all times.
• Dogs are not allowed onto any part of the playing areas at any time before, during or after matches.
• Dogs are kept at a safe distance from any touchlines/pitchsides during play.
• Owners carry dog mess bags, clear up any mess made by their animals and dispose of it in the red dog waste bins provided at regular intervals around the College campus.

We aim to make the playing environment a safe one for all users and thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
